Lily Making a Masterpiece

One of my greatest joys is my grandchildren and I am very fortunate to have two living just down the street.  One morning this week, my two year old granddaughter Lily stopped by for a visit while I was painting.  She asked to join in the fun so I set her up with an apron, brushes, palette and piece of cardboard on an easel.  It was great fun to watch her happily paint away. 

She was so focused and content and spent a long time working on her painting.  Her grandmother was especially proud to see her enjoy herself.
